As a Creo Design Engineer, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Creo Parametric modules, such as Sheetmetal, Surfacing, Casting, Detail (Drawings), and Mechanism Design. Your proficiency in PTC Creo Software Mastery is crucial for this position. Additionally, you must have expert-level skills in GD&T Callout Fluency to ensure reduced assembly errors by understanding ASME Y14.5 rules, layout datums, and tolerance symbols. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Creo Parametric modules, including Sheetmetal, Surfacing, Casting, Detail (Drawings), and Mechanism Design. - Ensure thorough comprehension of ASME Y14.5 rules, layout datums, and tolerance symbols for GD&T Callout Fluency. - Utilize excellent working knowledge of PTC Windchill or similar PLM technologies for lifecycle tracking and design version control. - Possess a practical understanding of manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrications, plastic molds, metal stampings, and precision-machined items. - Perform tolerance stack-up analysis by evaluating worst-case assembly boundaries through manual calculations or software. - Apply outstanding spatial vision skills to quickly understand coupled logic and physical spatial clearing. Qualifications Required: - 0 to 3 years of experience in Creo Design Engineering. - Expert-level proficiency with Creo Parametric modules. - Thorough understanding of GD&T principles. - Excellent working knowledge of PLM systems, such as PTC Windchill. - Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Ability to perform tolerance stack-up analysis. - Strong analytical spatial thinking skills.
