QA Engineer for Preventive Quality & - Risk Control Duties/: QMS Implementation & - Auditing/: Strictly adhere to industry/-specific standards while maintaining and updating the site's Quality Management System. Perform internal audits on a regular basis. APQP & - PPAP Management/: Create thorough documentation for the Production Part Approval Process, including control plans and gauge R&R; studies, and oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning process for recent product introductions. Risk Analysis/: To methodically identify, measure, and reduce production process risks, facilitate and update Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses. RCA & - CAPA/: Conduct official problem/-solving investigations for customer complaints or internal flaws. Create and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions to ensure that problems are permanently eliminated. Supplier Quality Management/: Work with procurement to audit, evaluate, and qualify suppliers of components and raw materials. When incoming supplies don't match engineering designs, submit Supplier Corrective Action Requests. Focus Skills/: Advanced understanding of quality core techniques, particularly APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC, is known as engineering framework mastery. Statistical Competency/: Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis software for the interpretation of variance measurements, control charts, and distribution curves. Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications, engineering drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T;/) callouts is known as blueprint and GD&T; literacy. Problem/-Solving Techniques/: Complete proficiency in industrial troubleshooting frameworks such as 8D, Shainin, or Six Sigma /(DMAIC/) loops.
