Tool Room Engineer

As a Tool Room Engineer specializing in New Tool Development & Trials, your role will involve: - Expertise in Mould Design & Blueprints, with the ability to evaluate 3D CAD assemblies and interpret intricate, multi-view 2D engineering tool designs. - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like profile projectors, dial test indicators, micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges, showcasing mastery in precision measuring instrument operation. - Capability in Hot Runner Wiring & Electrical Testing, including identifying short circuits in mold heating systems and conducting electrical continuity and resistance tests using digital multimeters and hot runner controllers. - Comfort with utilizing Spreadsheets for Tooling Lifecycle Engineering, specifically Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, for tasks such as tracking spare part stocks, logging shot counts, assessing tool repair costs, and maintaining tool history trackers.
