Managing and resolving client contacts via written, digital communication channels such as social media response queues, email management systems, real/-time live chat networks, and back/-office data processing platforms is your main responsibility. As the "Written Voice of the Brand, " you handle user inquiries, track transactional entries, and resolve technical problems without having to answer the phone. The ideal applicant has perfect written grammar, outstanding reading comprehension abilities, quick typing speeds, and the mental flexibility to manage several live chat streams at once without compromising data integrity. Key Duties/: Multi/-Channel Text Resolution/: Use corporate live chat, structured emails, messaging applications, and social media help to handle, troubleshoot, and address incoming digital client inquiries. Manage two to four live chat discussions at once without compromising structural response quality, speed, or professional tone standards. Technical Writing & Ticket Documentation/: In the centralized ticketing platform or Customer Relationship Management CRM architecture, record thorough, precise case descriptions, root causes, and resolution details. Back/-Office Transactional Processing/: Verify document uploads, match transaction logs, update user account profiles across internal database modules, and carry out precise data entry cycles. Service Level Agreement SLA Adherence/: Meet or surpass daily operational KPIs, including Average Response Time ART, Customer Satisfaction Scores CSAT, Resolution Time, and Quality Audit scores.
