GSA Industries India Pvt Ltd is looking for Tool Room Head to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Oversee the entire operations of the tool room, ensuring the design, development, maintenance, and repair of all tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures Plan and allocate resources for tool manufacturing and ensure timely delivery to production units Supervise a team of toolmakers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Maintain high standards of precision, safety, and quality in all toolroom activities Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency and support new product development Monitor inventory levels of tools and raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives in toolroom processes
