Education required: Bachelor’s D egree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering discipline with a focus in Chemical/Biochemical / Pharmaceutical Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English Internship period : January to June/December 2027 Application deadline: We recommend you apply as soon as possible. What will you do? Support the team in operational excellence activities, with enabling automated and digital tools. Participate in the deployment of GSK Production System

Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six-Sigma tools

Co-facilitate Kaizen events and workshops

Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in driving and coordinating site programs and projects

Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization. Define and implement solutions to support Smart Manufacturing roadmap

Apply metrics and indicators for performance monitoring

Develop dashboards using Power App and Power BI

Organize and co-facilitate events to assist site users to create or adopt digital and Gen AI solutions
