For more information, visit www.gspann.com Position: Director Information Analytics Experience: 15+ years Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Practice level responsibilities include but is not limited to the following Delivery Management : Develop, review & manage critical solutions, review health of projects and accountsPartner and collaborate with other technology practices within the organizationDevelop solutions and capabilities to create compelling differentiation in the markets we operate inContribute to account and practice growth by proactively collaborating with Client Partners to identify new opportunities and resource needsPerformance Management : Experience in leading performance management cycles including defining goals and establishing measurement criteriaConducting appraisal cycles for the practiceManaging feedback and building recommendations for compensation & benefitsUnit Operations : P&L management through effective resource utilizationPlanning and executing day to day operations for the practiceCapability to manage changing operational goals and demandsWork with HR and Hiring teams in attracting and retaining the right talent, and timely fulfillment of resource needsStrategize, Build and Streamline operations and processes in coordination with sales and delivery teams Required Skills : A proven leader of data engineering & analytics with 15-20 years of overall experience in leading distributed teamsExperience in managing and executing data engineering & analytics programs in a technical, hands-on capacityDemonstrable leadership in building, managing and motivating high performing teams for data engineering, analytics and Data Science3-4 years experience in leading and managing practice level operations at a large tier 1 services organizationExperience managing delivery and operations of an organization/portfolio of at least 150 peopleExperience in Client Management, with exposure to onsite client facing role is preferredExperience working with globally distributed team and stake holdersExperience leading Pre-sales activities from offshore for new opportunities and proposalsExperience in handling escalations, and taking complete responsibility and ownership on all critical/major issues related to deliveryPossess top-notch consulting skills in data and analytics related domains and technologiesExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Retail, Hi-Tech & Manufacturing domain Why choose GSPANN At GSPANN, we dont just serve our clientswe co-create.
