MS Fabric Support Engineer - 8+ Years experience Must have Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related Azure Data Services. Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric Workspaces, OneLake, Data Factory Pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Power BI, Synapse data warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, API/APIM Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Python, Spark, or PySpark Good to have Event Hub, Azure Application Insights knowledge. Good to have knowledge on Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Monitor Technical/Support Responsibilities: 8+ years of experience in software development or technical support operations in Azure technologies 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related Azure Data Services Robust understanding of Microsoft Fabric Workspaces, OneLake, Data Factory Pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Power BI, Synapse data warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, API/APIM Experience with SQL or T-SQL, and data modelling concepts. Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration patterns. Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of data platforms. Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Monitor Understanding of CI/CD processes and source control tools such as Azure DevOps Excellent communication skills along with experience in driving triage calls which involves different technical stake holders Has creative problem-solving skills related to cross-functional issues amidst the changing priorities. Should be flexible and resourceful to swiftly manage the changing operational goals and demands. Good experience in handling escalations and take complete responsibility and ownership of all critical issues to get a technical/logical closure. Good understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and various IT Service Management (ITSM) tools available in the marketplace. Improve alert management, decision making, analysis, and various optimization techniques by measuring data using standardized telemetry. Support planned changes with deployment, post deployment monitoring and create new dashboards or alerts as needed to monitor new changes in system Adhere to crucial company controls that are necessary to meet internal or external audit requirements.
