About the role
Position Name: IAM DeveloperWorking Days: Monday To FridayWorking Time: 11.30am to 8pmWorking Location: Gurgaon/ChennaiWorking Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)Must Have Skills: IAM, SailPoint, ISCTotal Exp: >5 (Higher is better)Interview Mode: L1: MS Teams, L2: MS TeamsRequired Skills:- Expert in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) / Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) (solution agnostic)- Expert Level Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/ISE)- Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.- Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and its concepts like Access Lifecycle Management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver Workflows, Access Certifications, Governance controls and compliance.- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services etc.- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory in Hybrid identity architectures- Experience troubleshooting complex provisioning and connector issues.- Understanding of Single Sign on technologies like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) etc.- Strong scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, JSON, and API-based automation.- Candidates with experience in both One Identity Manager & SailPoint are preferred.- SailPoint certification is required.
