About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. EV Architecture Identification and Safety Orientation on Vehicle 2. Electrical Measurements on EV Circuits using Multimeter 3. Voltage Measurement of Different Types of Cells using Multimeter 4. MCU Short Circuit Test 5. Motor Controller Wiring Trace, Signal Testing and Fault Diagnosis 6. Multimeter Use - Voltage, Resistance Continuity 7. Short Circuit Checking of Battery Pack 8. Measuring Output Voltage of a Charger 9. Series & Parallel Connection using Lithium Cylindrical Cells 10. Inside Study of Dummy Battery Pack 11. DC Voltage Measurement in Converter or Charger Circuit 12. Identification of Power Electronics Components 13. Understanding EV Charger Components and Charging through OEM application 14. Safety Inspection of EV Wiring System 15. Production Documentation in EV Manufacturing 16.
