Job Description: Job Title Consultant IT C# / .NET & React Developer (Full Stack)Experience: 10+ Years Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking an accomplished Senior Lead C# / .NET Core & React Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and modern front-end frameworks.This role requires end-to-end ownership across the delivery lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and production stability, while leading a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, driving engineering excellence, production support maturity, and AI-led innovation. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership & Delivery Own the complete application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production supportEnsure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systemsDrive release readiness, deployment governance, and post-release warranty supportMaintain accountability for delivery commitments, quality, and timelines Backend Development C# & .NET Core Architect and develop service-oriented applications using C# and .NET CoreDesign scalable microservices, background, and worker servicesImplement async programming, performance tuning, and memory optimizationApply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and domain-driven designBuild reusable SDKs and internal librariesDevelop event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service BusIdentify and resolve performance issues, code smells, and security vulnerabilities Data & Persistence Layer Implement efficient data access using Entity Framework Core and/or DapperWork with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)Optimize performance via indexing, query tuning, and caching strategies Testing, Observability & Performance Drive unit testing and code coverage improvementsImplement monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.Perform performance profiling and proactive system tuningEnsure strong observability for faster RCA and incident resolution Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/AzureOwn CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)Leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and release efficiency Front-End Development React / NextJS Develop enterprise-grade UI using ReactJS with strong UX practicesWork with NextJS (SSR/CSR) and Node.js ecosystemImplement state management (Redux/Context API)Integrate APIs using JWT/OAuth2 authenticationOptimize performance and improve web vitals Leadership, Team Ownership & Governance Own end-to-end team accountability for delivery, quality, timelines, and stabilityLead a cross-functional team (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps)Drive capacity planning, workload distribution, and optimizationAct as single point of accountability for stakeholder alignmentBuild a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellenceMentor and coach team members for high performance and growthDrive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality gatesLead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimationTrack and improve engineering metrics (velocity, quality, automation, code coverage) Production Support & Stability Ownership Own production support model, on-call rotations, and escalationsLead incident management, RCA, and preventive actionsEnsure quick resolution with minimal business impactDrive continuous improvements for system resilience and stabilityMonitor application health, performance, and customer experience metrics AI / Intelligent Systems (Preferred) Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI conceptsExperience integrating Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similarUnderstanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector searchExposure to building AI-driven features (chatbots, automation workflows)Collaborating with data teams for AI integration in microservices architectureEnsure responsible AI practices and governanceLeverage AI tools for developer productivity and automation Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on C# / .NET Core4+ years of experience in microservices architectureStrong expertise in distributed systems, async programming, and diagnosticsHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWSExperience with testing frameworks, observability, and performance tuning Preferred Qualifications Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed transactionsFamiliarity with gRPC and API versioning strategiesExperience in regulated industries (Finance / Insurance / Healthcare) Location: This position can be based in any of the following locations: Gurgaon Current Guardian Colleagues: Please apply through the internal Jobs Hub in Workday Job Description: Job Title Consultant IT C# /
