Manager Technical Performance

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement IT strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams through IT transformations, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs using technology such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence etc. Ensure effective communication of technical information to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations, reports, and dashboards. Job Requirements : 8-13 years of experience in an IT leadership role with a focus on strategy development and implementation. Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects involving multiple technologies (e.g., cloud migration) or large-scale system integrations. Strong understanding of emerging trends in technology such as AI/ML/blockchain etc. and their potential impact on business operations. Excellent leadership skills with ability to build high-performing teams across different functions.
