Job Family: Quality Assurance Auditor Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: The responsibilities of the Financial Crimes Compliance Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Quality Analyst (QA) will include, but are not limited to: Perform QC reviews of retail and corporate EDD investigations throughout multiple jurisdictions Validate risk assessments, decisions, and supporting evidence Provide clear feedback to analyst Support calibration and quality standards across the team Perform in-depth investigations using open-source intelligence (OSINT), internal systems, vendor tools, and public registries Analyze transaction activity and behavioral patterns to detect unusual or suspicious activity and potential financial crime risks Apply risk-based reasoning and professional judgment to assess complex information and determine appropriate outcomes and escalation paths Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations Produce clear, structured, and audit-ready case documentation and narratives, ensuring logical and evidence-based conclusions Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and training of junior analysts Stay up to date with AML/KYC regulations, emerging risks, and financial crime typologies What You Will Need: 1+ year AML / Financial Crime experience (KYC, CDD, EDD, TM, or investigations) Experience reviewing cases, performing QC/QA, or validating decisions Proven ability to apply risk-based decision-making and escalation judgment Strong understanding of AML risk and due diligence frameworks Ability to assess quality of investigations Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities Professional English What Would Be Nice To Have: Time management skills. EDD experience on high-risk customers Experience in crypto / fintech / banking Experience coaching, or mentoring analysts Familiarity with tools such as: World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis, Chainalysis (or similar) #LI-Onsite #LI-IG1 The annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
