About the role
As a Desktop Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, you will be responsible for working in a corporate IT setup. Your key responsibilities will include: - Using Ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution - Installing and configuring user machines - Configuring and backing up Outlook client in both online and offline mode - Troubleshooting generic IT user issues In addition to the technical responsibilities, you should have a sense of accountability and be proactive in closing the loop on all assigned tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in IT (Preferred) - Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred) - IT experience of 2 years (Preferred) Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
