About the role
Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Guidewire, you will be responsible for owning the cloud platform layer supporting the foundation of P&C applications. Your role will involve defining key platform features to enhance performance, scalability, resiliency, and adoption. Working collaboratively with global teams spanning different functions, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and product excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a strong background in the AuthN/Z domain, including expertise in SAML, IAM, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, load balancing, cloud services, and Kubernetes. - Utilize your mentoring and coaching experience to guide the product team effectively. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of Guidewire applications, the cloud ecosystem, market dynamics, competition, and user requirements. - Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams to define and enhance the value of solutions. - Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions as necessary. - Work with cross-functional teams to identify, test, refine, and prioritize solutions. - Build and communicate roadmaps and requirements to teams and stakeholders. - Lead the launch of new products and features, ensuring performance testing and rapid iteration. - Act as the main user of the products you develop. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding and experience with AWS services, preferably certified as an AWS Cloud Practitioner. - Ability to define and articulate product roadmaps with solid use cases and ROI. - Detail feature requirements and specifications with clear acceptance criteria. - Establish a shared vision across the company and drive consensus on priorities for product execution. - Comfortable managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks efficiently. - Embrace AI and apply data-driven insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
