Introduce new technology and tools to improve current manufacturing processes .

Monthly Supervision .

Mature‐Seniors employee supervision .

Responsible of the team tasks .

Needs judgment and creativity to make changes, needs negotiation .

Analysis helps and impacts company's decision .

Analysis to make department's decision and could impact to other areas .

Mentor training.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Numerical control machines knowledge.

Training matrix.

Previous position Manufacturing Engineer level 3.

Training for ME - NC.
