About the role
Role & responsibilities - Perform detailed data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation. - Analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets to support business decisions. - Conduct data slicing, dicing, profiling, validation, and trend analysis. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. - Partner with business, technology, and data teams to drive project delivery. - Manage and engage with senior business stakeholders across functions. - Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents. - Support strategic initiatives, reporting enhancements, and data transformation programs. - Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder reviews. - Support testing, validation, and business sign-off activities. Preferred candidate profile - 10+ years of Business Analysis experience. - Strong Business Analyst skills with experience working on data-intensive projects in banking domain. - Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. - Advanced SQL and solid analytical capabilities. - Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and business stakeholders. Strong Banking domain experience. Prior experience working directly within banks is highly preferred. Understanding of banking operations, financial data, reporting, and regulatory environments.
