GVMS HIRING Position: Oracle DBA consultant Experience: 3 to 8 years Location: Bangalore(WFO) Job Description: Experience in Oracle DBA support activities in Unix environments with various versions of oracle, Good Understanding of Architecture, day to administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, Monitoring , Performance Tuning and Diagnosis Oracle DBA knowledge and hands on exposure in Standalone environments. experience in maintenance of large size databases Hands on skills in partitioning, tuning and diagnostics in an Oracle environment Good understanding of database migration and schema migration activities Experience in end to end installation, configuration, administration and supporting of oracle databases in various applications and integrations environment. Hands on working Knowledge in all aspects of Core DBAs Oracle database administrations, UNIX and other Operating System utilities. Database Upgrade/ migrate activities experience. RDBMS exposure like Backups, Recoveries, RMAN, RAC Experience in Oracle Cluster Service Troubleshooting. Experience in ASM and Dataguard Troubleshooting. Knowledge in Oracle Cloud. Co-ordinate, troubleshoot, resolve issues and deal with SRs and get the issues resolved. Working DBA knowledge in Oracle APPS DBA environment is a plus. Must be a good team player with good documentation practices and flexible to handle. .
