About the role
As a Product Designer at the company, you will be responsible for the complete ERP design lifecycle. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career candidates with strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to understand and convert business processes into structured product workflows. - Conduct product demos and explain ERP capabilities to clients - Understand client business processes and requirements - Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) - Ensure requirements are clearly documented and approved - Create structured workflows and process flows - Compare existing systems with ERP solutions and identify gaps - Get client approval before moving to the design stage - Design wireframes using Figma after workflow confirmation - Ensure alignment between workflows and UI - Explain workflows, system logic, and development process to clients - Handle feedback and refine outputs - Work closely with developers to ensure correct implementation - Provide clarity and ensure alignment with requirements - Coordinate with testers to ensure a bug-free product - Participate in the final delivery and client approval - Strong communication and presentation skills - Good analytical and problem-solving ability - Ability to understand business workflows quickly - Basic knowledge of Figma (or willingness to learn fast) - High ownership, accountability, and responsibility mindset - Confidence to interact directly with clients You will follow a practical evaluation approach instead of traditional interviews, where you will work on live, practical tasks simulating real project scenarios for 5 days. The tasks will evaluate your requirement understanding, communication, workflow thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability. The final selection will be based on your performance during these 5 days. This role is suitable for freshers who are ready to take real responsibility from Day 1, prefer hands-on learning over theoretical interviews, and are confident in communication and structured thinking.
