SAP SD / OTC Consultant Location: Bengaluru | Pune | Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary GyanSys is seeking experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultants to join our SAP Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable sales and distribution solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD/OTC solutions aligned with business objectives. Configure and support core SAP SD processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Delivery, Returns, and Credit Management. Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and recommend process improvements. Configure customer master data, sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and sales document types. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with MM, FICO, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training. Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support projects. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution while ensuring business continuity. Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards. Required Technical Skills Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process Management Sales Order Processing Pricing and Condition Technique Shipping, Delivery, Billing, and Returns Management Credit Management Customer Master Data Management SAP S/4HANA SD Integration with MM, FICO, PP, WM/EWM Functional Specifications, Testing, and Production Support Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD implementations Exposure to SAP Fiori applications Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) is an added advantage Understanding of EDI, IDocs, and API integrations Experience working on global implementation or rollout projects Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
