About the role
Experience: 5-10 Years Location: Bengaluru Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, and Telecom BSS to design, develop, and support mission-critical telecom applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, production support experience, and the ability to mentor team members while contributing to architecture and solution design. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Java applications. Lead feature delivery, code reviews, and technical design discussions. Provide L2/L3 production support and perform RCA for critical issues. Build scalable backend services using Spring Boot and distributed technologies. Support CI/CD, deployments, and database migrations. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and customer technical teams. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence. Required Skills 510 years of Java development experience. • Strong Java 8 (Java 17/21 preferred). • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs. • Apache Kafka. • Hazelcast/Redis. • MySQL and SQL optimization. • Linux and Ansible (preferred). • Strong production troubleshooting skills.
