Roles & Responsibilities: Proactively partner with the business to understand and interpret needs.Provide advanced user account request management.Optimize user onboarding and access request fulfillment consistent with access control processes.Relentless focus on improving the user experience while reducing overall enterprise risk and manual provisioning efforts.Assist in administration of IDP, PAM and other identity management platforms.Manage Employee Support portal workflow enhancements and provide recommendations. Identify opportunities to optimize and automation the creation and management of user IDs and associated access in internal systems such as GDT, Leasewave, FleetTrak, etc. Identify frequent request types and partner with IAM engineering to implement automation solutions or define and help eliminate obstacles. Create and manage user IDs and associated appropriate access in enterprise infrastructure platforms such as AD, O365, PAM, IDP, user groups, etcMonitor and meet SLAs by the established due dates. Mentor junior IAM team members on Provisioning processes and procedures. Identifies and escalates incidents to next level in timely manner.Escalate major issues or outages to management. Develops and maintains documentation. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Relevant Work Experience & Skills: 3-6 years experience with user provisioning technologies, application and/or database security administration.Understanding of user administration proceduresReviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and securityFamiliarity and experience with SSO protocols such as SAML or OAuth and IDM platforms is beneficiaKnowledge of Holman supported software, including Windows, mobile devices, Office, software distribution, Active Directory, and other tools. Education: B.Tech and M.Tech (Computer Science) degree preferred.
