About the role
As a dedicated PRC Automation & Intelligent Process Automation Specialist, your role will be to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that significantly reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance data security across PRC operations. You will have a matrix reporting structure to the PRC function lead and report to the P&C function, collaborating with technology teams in India. Key Responsibilities: - Work with PRC teams to understand workflows, SOPs, processes, etc. and design & deliver automation solutions. - Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle including requirements gathering, process discovery, solution design, feasibility assessment, build and configuration of automations, test planning, execution, user validation, production deployment, and documentation. - Design and implement RPA solutions (e.g., Blue Prism) to automate rule-based HR processes. - Build and support AI-enabled chatbots and intelligent workflows to enhance employee self-service and operational efficiency. - Develop automations that interact with systems like Workday, HR systems, Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure/OpenAI, chatbots, etc.), and other enterprise tools while ensuring data integrity, secure access, and compliance with sensitive employee data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience in RPA tools, preferably Blue Prism. - Experience in HR systems development and enhancement. - Strong understanding of automation design, exception handling, and bot maintenance. - Exposure to AI chatbot development or Microsoft AI/automation tools (Power Automate, Copilot, Azure AI, etc.). Functional & Behavioral Skills: - Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills. - Ability to independently manage work from concept to production. - Comfortable working in an iterative, evolving environment with a high attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive employee data. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with US and offshore teams.
