Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Azure, ERP systems, networks, and end-user support to ensure seamless business operations. Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup management, and IT governance while ensuring compliance. Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital initiatives supporting manufacturing and business operations. Oversee IT vendors, technology assets, software licensing, and service contracts to optimize cost and performance. Preferred Candidate B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 10–15+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-plant environment. Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPN, and ERP (SAP preferred). Strong knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and vendor management.
