Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the RoleThe Sr. Business Systems Analyst reports to the Manager of Business Systems and works across functions to enhance and manage enterprise systems at Hach (Veralto). This role focuses on improving deployment of onprem, SaaS, and PaaS applications, establishing continuous delivery and integration, and ensuring quality and sustainability through autonomous execution and collaboration. The position is based in India and works remotely. Typical ResponsibilitiesAct as Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) SME with deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management concepts.Manage application license agreements.Communicate and collaborate with development teams, vendors, and IT.Load data conversions through the FBDI process and write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications, and reports.Support SaaS and PaaS solutions including Oracle Fusion BI Publisher reports, API integrations, and BICC configurations.Identify Public View Objects (PVOs), create staging and base tables, and run integrations to extract data from SaaS to ATP databases.Develop inbound integrations to Product Data Hub (PDH).Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data models using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence.Develop custom formulas, configure subject areas, and implement security settings in OTBI.Administer different cloud environments.Collaborate with business SMEs to manage Oracle Fusion updates and conduct testing.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Product Information Management subscription.5+ years of handson experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence).Experience with SaaS and PaaS solutions, including API integrations and BICC configurations.Knowledge of software engineering concepts, SDLC, data management, requirement elicitation, documentation, and test scripts.Experience managing Oracle Fusion environments and upgrades.Project and vendor management experience.Desirable SkillsExperience configuring security controls on Oracle Fusion subscriptions.Familiarity with Oracle APEX and Oracle Fusion PIM subscription.Familiarity with Page Composer, Application Composer, Groovy scripts, and REST APIs.Familiarity with Java/J2EE, SQL, and UI frameworks such as Angular and React.Familiarity with IQ, OQ, and PQ processes.Contact: karangadi@hach.com or @karangadi .
