Graphic and UI/UX Designer

You are a passionate and user-centered Graphic and UI/UX Designer who will be joining a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm ideas and develop new approaches to creating innovative and expressive graphics for the company. - Design beautiful, interesting, and effective graphics that are impressive and emphasize the company and the product at hand. - Strategize designs that will elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas, and share company values with viewers. - Integrate company values into design work to effectively demonstrate the nature of the company and attract customers on an ideological basis. - Consult with management to ensure designs adherence to company standards, express desired ideas, and represent products accurately. - Innovate new and exciting visual designs that capture the target markets attention and sell them on essential aspects of the product. - Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. - Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces. - Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components. - Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables). - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams. - Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Photoshop). - Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc. - Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
