Associate Director - Data Analytics & Visualisation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your 12+ years of experience in data visualization to drive the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for business applications. Your strong capability in data modeling and BI front-end development will be crucial as you deliver dashboards and reports using tools such as Qlik Sense, N-Printing, and Tableau. Additionally, you will need a solid understanding of Qlik Sense/Tableau architecture, including platform components, deployment patterns, and integration considerations. Your skills in enhancing User Experience (UX) through Vizlib and other commercial extensions will play a key role in improving usability and adoption. A strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts, such as star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, Qlik Sense Section Access, and Set Analysis, will be essential. Moreover, your experience in implementing security controls for Qlik Sense and Tableau applications, including access governance, role-based permissions, and knowledge of authentication mechanisms like LDAP and SAML, will be critical. As a leader, you will provide guidance on high-priority issues, support delivery under tight timelines, prioritize tasks, align stakeholders, and oversee delivery. Your capabilities in process and data analysis will enable you to identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient strategies. You will also be expected to recommend enhancements related to security, scalability, manageability, and performance, focusing on resilient, production-grade solutions.
