About the role
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who can design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, integrations, and hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and other Salesforce technologies Implement and maintain workflows, triggers, validation rules, and automation Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the Salesforce platform Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configuration Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools Mandatory Salesforce Developer certifications: ADM 201, PD1, PD2 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and skillset Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects Friendly and collaborative work environment Alternate 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
