Full-Stack Engineer & Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Engineer & Solution Architect at our growing fintech company in the digital-assets space, you will be responsible for shipping product across the stack while owning the technical architecture, system design, and cross-stack contracts that keep the platform coherent and scalable as it grows. Key Responsibilities: - Build and own customer-facing and cross-stack features end to end (frontend and backend). - Implement secure, accessible UI for multi-step, money-handling workflows. - Extend backend APIs and own the frontend backend contracts. - Ensure quality across the stack with automated testing for critical flows. - Own end-to-end system design across services; define architecture standards, patterns, and conventions. - Lead technical design reviews and make pragmatic build-vs-buy and technology decisions. - Design service boundaries, data models, and API contracts for scale, security, and reliability. - Document architecture decisions and drive technical alignment across the team. - Balance shipping velocity with long-term maintainability, and mentor other engineers. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years building production web products full-stack; deep React / TypeScript and solid backend (Python / Django or similar). - Production experience with Next.js (App Router). - Demonstrated architecture and system-design ownership services, APIs, and data models that scaled in production. - Strong grasp of security, reliability, and performance trade-offs in distributed systems. - Ability to lead technical decisions and communicate them clearly across a team. - A quality- and correctness-first mindset for money-critical software.
