Product Manager

This is a full-time role as a Product Manager, located onsite in New York, NY.

We're hiring a PM to join a small, super-high-velocity product team. You'll own meaningful surface area from day one across a product that's reshaping compliance, and you’ll be part of a team that works incredibly hard and is seeking other exceptional people excited to do the same.

Responsibilities

• First week:

• Ramp up on the industry

• 1:1s with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners

• Join calls with our AEs and AMs to quickly get up to speed with our users

• Learn about our product development process

• First month:

• Own your team’s backlog and triage customer and prospect requests

• Run discovery calls with customers to understand their problems

• Write PRDs that synthesize problems and solutions for others to collaborate on

• Work closely with our engineers and designers to ship fast

• First 3 months & beyond:

• Own a product line end-to-end

• Translate complex regulatory and operational problems into engineering and design requirements, and ultimately a product that solves real user pain points

• Work cross-functionally to make sure what we build drives adoption and new revenue

• Influence the product roadmap

About You

4+ years of experience in product management, former founder, or other high-impact role with a track record of shipping impactful products

You’ve worked with engineering teams that move fast

You have experience with B2B SaaS startups and are comfortable with ambiguity and speed

You’re an ultra-clear communicator and a team player

You have a growth mindset: you’re consistently the hardest-working person on your team because you’re driven to improve yourself and your work every day

Willing to relocate to NYC and be in-office 5 days/week
