About the role
Product Manager is responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap and technical execution of lighting products. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the long-term vision and product roadmap for lighting portfolios. Write precise Product Requirement Documents. Manage products through all lifecycle stages. Market & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends in consumer lighting. Track competitor pricing, feature benchmarks, and technology advancements. Map out pricing strategies based on production costs and market dynamics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align sales, production, marketing, and engineering teams to launch products smoothly. Partner with external stakeholders. Create technical training materials and product tools to help the sales team close deals. Required Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management. Experience Proven track record in product management specifically within the lighting or electrical industry. Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of LED technology, driver components and smart lighting platforms. Familiarity with industry testing standards and application engineering principles. Core Competencies Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities. Data-driven decision-making skills combined with strong strategic thinking.
