About the role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sound knowledge & trouble shooting skill in blow & Injection moulding process. PPM Control, maintain 5’S in shop floor. Minimize m/c downtime & run the m/c as per defined cycle time. Ensure the EHS Compliance and closure of NCs on time. Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources. New mould trial & validation. Productivity improvement projects. Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects. Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any moulding defect/ customer complain.
