Sound knowledge trouble shooting skill in blow Injection moulding process. PPM Control, maintain 5?S in shop floor. Minimize m/c downtime run the m/c as per defined cycle time. Ensure the EHS Compliance and closure of NCs on time. Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources. New mould trial validation. Productivity improvement projects. Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects. Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any moulding defect/ customer complain. Responsible for maintaining the reduced mould change over time in Moulding and work on continual improvements to reduce further.
