JD : 7 17 years as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Commercial or Corporate Banking Experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Cash Management, Payments, or Treasury Work on payment systems, cash management platforms, receivables, liquidity, or transaction banking products Gather and document business & functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories) Translate business needs into system requirements and solution designs Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and QA teams
