Mandatory Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders mainly business users, development, testing and infra teams, interfacing teams, third party vendors Development and support experience Leadership skills to nudge the team on their deliverables, estimating components, guiding the team on requirements and be a liaison between development and business Act as an owner for a set of applications and take up end-to-end responsibilities Candidate should be fine to work in 3.00 PM to 12.30 PM shift, all 5 days from office and will have to be on-call on a rotation basis Optional Experience in mainframe modernization programs Exposure/Experience in APIs OK
