Role: Omada IAM Support Overall, 7 to 8 Yrs Budget: 18 to 20 LPA Notice: Only Immediate Work location: Hyderabad,(First Priority)(Candidate must be available for one round of F2F) 2 nd Priority: Other CGI locations(Candidate must be available for one round of F2F) Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer with expertise in Omada IAM to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for our identity and access management solutions. The role involves handling escalated issues, system monitoring, and ensuring the stability of our IAM environment. Key Responsibilities: Incident & Problem Management: Resolve escalated technical issues related to Omada IAM, including user provisioning, access control, and authentication protocols (SSO, MFA). System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor Omada IAM systems, perform routine checks, and manage updates and patches. User & Access Management: Support user role assignments, permissions, and access workflows. Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for IAM processes and troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in IAM support, with Omada IAM or similar platforms. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC), Omada IAM components, LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth). Tools: Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and databases (SQL, MySQL). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills. Preferred Qualifications: IAM certifications (e.g., Omada Identity Management, CIAM). (Not Mandatory) Experience with cloud IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
