ANNEX A STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) For IDA Systems Sourcing Model: Hourly T&M BACKGROUND The objective of this project is to enhance the reporting capabilities for International Development Association(IDA) business areas, currently provided by the System for Tracking Accounting and its Resouces(STAR) system. The work would involve data designing, transformation and building data visualizations in Azure landscape . The project will be delivered using Agile methodology. Scope of worK WBG s current financial platform is primarily built on SAP and other technologies with over 20 years of customization across WBG entities with highly complex business rules, integrations, and extensions. The existing architecture needs support of python development for cognitive solutions and data modernization. The deliverables under this program would involve: Development in Python. Building Python API. Using Python for Data analysis and processing. Using Python for Cognitive Services integration SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Python Developer The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, and report to the project manager and technical leads in WBG. Required Skills: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development. Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation. Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and deployment of scalable applications is nice to have Roles The table below lists the role(s) required for this engagement: Role Quantity Location Developer II 1 Chennai The expected duration of this work program is one year. The tenure of the individual positions is subject to approval of funding for the scope for each deliverable in projects. The desired country and location for work to be performed is Chennai, India, physically located in WBG Office or Vendor Site. The candidate must be able to work remotely, as required. Timesheets and payment All time worked must be recorded in the Bank s ITVMS system on a weekly basis for approval by the Bank PM. Subsequent Invoices will be auto generated for payment based on approved time. Sign-off by the ITS Project Manager/ Technical Lead 4 Unit testing Comprehensive list of unit test cases, with test results captured against each of them.
