Provide application support,in-depth investigation and troubleshooting for issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and two support Create support documents and provide training to support and operations team as required. Strong Programming skills (Java,BeanShell,JSP / Servlets,PERL,Unix Shell scripts,Batch,Powershell,VB Script,SQL,PL / SQL etc.)
