Sr. Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience in Quadient Inspire tools including QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI CJM QI Designer and Quadient Inspire Interactive. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will not require travel. Experience in Property Casualty Insurance is a plus. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire tools to ensure high-quality output. Oversee the implementation of QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI CJM QI Designer and Quadient Inspire Interactive in various projects. Provide technical expertise and support to team members to resolve complex issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that all developed solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. Lead the design and development of new features and enhancements to existing applications. Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure efficient operation. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Quadient Inspire tools including QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI CJM QI Designer and Quadient Inspire Interactive. Have experience in developing and maintaining applications in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information. Have a background in Property Casualty Insurance is a plus. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends. Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Demonstrate experience in agile development methodologies.
