Technical Lead - IBM ZOS DevOps Migration

Mandatory Skills Experience in IBM Z/OS environments with a focus on systems programming and modernization. Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as UCD, Jenkins, Git, and Wazi Deploy. In-depth knowledge of IBM middleware (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ). Experience with Unix System Services (USS) security and performance optimization. Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines in mainframe environments. Preferred Skills IBM certifications related to Z/OS or DevOps tools. Experience with AI/ML technologies for system analysis. Familiarity with Ansible for automation in mainframe environments. Knowledge of cloud integration with IBM Z platforms. Prior experience working on staff augmentation projects for large enterprises Experience in IBM Z/OS and DevOps environments. Proven track record of leading technical initiatives in mainframe modernization projects
