About the role
Role & Responsibilities Test the in-house Mobile App & CRM application for functionality, usability, and performance. Create and execute test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly. Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing before releases. Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure software quality. Maintain test documentation and support continuous product improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing or Software QA. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies. Experience in functional, regression, and API testing (Postman is a plus). Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
