About the role
An ERP consultant or specialist helps manage and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for large organizations and small-to-medium-sized companies. They do this by contributing to resource planning. They make sure that the companys software works as efficiently as possible. Implemantion/support Engineer Responsibilities: Implementation of ERP Software at clients place, training the product knowledge to the clients employee. Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of metadata registry. Role Proficiencies: Implement and install solutions on the customers test and production environments. Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues. Act positively and respond promptly to the customers requests/tickets. Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
