About the role
As a Quantitative UX Researcher at Hapag-Lloyd Chennai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for internal enterprise systems by conducting user research and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Leveraging UX analytics tools to gather behavioral data and identify friction points in user flows. - Analyzing user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to uncover patterns and recommend improvements. - Translating research findings and analytics insights into clear, actionable recommendations and presenting them to stakeholders. - Co-creating holistic UX research processes, frameworks, and a UX research repository for internal products research. - Conducting research with both end-users (employees) and internal stakeholders (engineers, developers) involved in solution development. - Advocating for the value of UX research and analytics across teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and data-informed design. - Collaborating with UX Analyst on quantitative research projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 years of experience as a Quantitative UX Researcher or in a similar role with expertise in Quantitative UX Research. - Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design practices and principles. - Proficiency in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis. - Experience with UX metrics such as SUS, NPS, CSAT, DEX. - Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, DataDog, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization. - Ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to diverse stakeholder groups. - Curiosity and drive to continually improve UX research processes. - Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in an international and multicultural organization. - Very good written and verbal communication skills in English to communicate insights effectively. Nice to have skills include: - Experience in qualitative research methods like user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies. - Integration of AI into workflow.
