About the role
Description Experience Range : 5 - 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager, with hands-on expertise in AJO, RTCDP, CJA, and AEM modules Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring seamless integration across AJO, RTCDP, CJA, and AEM modules Develop and configure workflows in Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEM to drive personalized customer engagement and automate marketing processes Build and manage Real-Time Customer Data Platform segments and AEM content structures to enhance audience targeting and data activation Leverage Customer Journey Analytics and AEM analytics to analyze user behavior, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end AEP and AEM projects Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AEP and AEM components, ensuring high availability and data integrity Optimize platform configurations and integrations to improve system performance, scalability, and data flow Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing and process improvement Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Strong expertise in Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Proficient in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development Data modeling and segmentation within AEP Experience with API integration and data ingestion in AEP and AEM Configuring and managing audience segments in RTCDP Workflow automation and orchestration in AJO and AEM Analytics and reporting using CJA and AEM Preferred Skills Experience with Adobe Campaign or Adobe Analytics Knowledge of CDP integrations with external platforms Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure Understanding of GDPR and data privacy compliance in marketing platforms Advanced scripting for data transformation within AEP and AEM Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant Adobe certification (such as Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Experience Manager) preferred Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Strong expertise in Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Proficient in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development Data modeling and segmentation within AEP Experience with API integration and data ingestion in AEP and AEM Configuring and managing audience segments in RTCDP Workflow automation and orchestration in AJO and AEM Analytics and reporting using CJA and AEM (ref:hirist.tech)
