As a Lead Frontend Architect at our IT Company, located in Chennai, with 11+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and development of our web applications using Next.js, React, and Micro-Frontend technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Technical Leadership & Architecture - Design and maintain a scalable micro-frontend architecture to enable independent team deployments. - Architect and enforce secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanisms on the frontend. - Utilize Next.js features for optimizing application performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. - Establish patterns for efficient global state management and REST API integrations across frontend applications. Required Skills & Qualifications - Technical Expertise - Solid understanding of React JS and Next.js, including Hooks, Context API, SSR, SSG, and API Routes. - Experience in designing Micro-frontend architectures and implementing RBAC mechanisms. - Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management libraries, and advanced Context API patterns. - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. - Familiarity with Git, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
