Performance Testing Engineer

Job Title: Performance QA Engineer Experience: 6–9 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon / Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office) Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Employment Type: Direct Employment with Haparz Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred Budget: Up to ₹16 LPA About The Role We are looking for an experienced Performance QA Engineer with expertise in Performance Testing and Salesforce Performance Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating the performance, scalability, and stability of enterprise applications, including Salesforce platforms. This role involves designing performance test strategies, identifying system bottlenecks, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance before production releases. Roles & Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for enterprise applications. Perform Salesforce Performance Testing to validate application performance under varying workloads. Develop realistic workload models based on production traffic and business scenarios. Create and maintain reusable performance test scripts for web applications and APIs. Execute performance test cycles and validate system behavior under concurrent user loads. Analyze response times, throughput, latency, and infrastructure resource utilization. Identify and troubleshoot application, API, database, middleware, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks. Conduct Salesforce scalability assessments and provide recommendations to improve system performance. Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Prepare detailed performance analysis reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Support release readiness by providing performance validation and sign-off. Ensure applications meet defined performance benchmarks, SLAs, and scalability requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of performance engineering practices and testing processes. Mandatory Requirements 6–8 years of overall QA/Performance Testing experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Performance Testing experience (Mandatory). Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile development environments.
