As a Senior Architect cum Engineering Manager, your role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native solutions. You will need to combine strong technical architecture expertise with exceptional people management skills to drive engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and drive enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and solution roadmaps. - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure services. - Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making. - Establish best practices for software architecture, coding standards, DevOps, security, and performance optimization. - Provide hands-on guidance in designing and implementing microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized solutions. - Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. In terms of engineering management, you will be expected to: - Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and technical coaching. - Manage team capacity, resource planning, hiring, and talent development. - Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Resolve technical and organizational challenges while maintaining team productivity and engagement. Additionally, you will need to ensure architecture compliance, quality standards, and governance processes are followed. Monitoring project execution, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines will be crucial. You will also be responsible for driving technical excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural oversight. Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposals when required. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and technical leadership roles. - Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and more. - Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform, event-driven architectures, and Infrastructure as Code. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and relevant certifications.
