As an Enterprise Architect with 14-18 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing end-to-end digital platforms for insurance applications. - Leading the architectural design of cloud-native microservices for web, mobile, and API solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. - Facilitating agile architecture practices to enhance project delivery and adaptability. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including management teams, to convey architectural vision and project status. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to improve the overall architecture and development practices. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture. Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture. - Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in digital transformation projects. - Hands-on experience with building customer web applications, mobile solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Expertise in cloud-native microservices architecture. - Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with agency ePOS and agent portal development. - Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related disciplines are a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
