About the role
About The Job We are looking for a hands-on Domain Analytics professional to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions that turn business questions into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders across requirements, data preparation, advanced analytics, and dashboard delivery, while enabling self-service analytics and lightweight business applications. Key Responsibilities Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into impactful Power BI dashboards and insights. Design, build, and optimise Power BI reports and semantic models, including DAX, performance tuning, and security. Prepare, transform, and curate data using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, implementing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Build and support Power Apps (standalone or embedded with Power BI) to enable simple workflows, data capture, and operational use cases. Perform exploratory data analysis, advanced analytics, and basic machine learning (e.g. trend analysis, segmentation, predictive indicators). Support deployment, user enablement, and self-service analytics through training and Skills & Experience : Solid experience in Power BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and performance optimisation. Working knowledge of Power Apps, including building forms or lightweight apps that integrate with Power BI and data sources. Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and contemporary analytics architectures. Hands-on experience with Databricks for data transformation, advanced analytics, and ML-ready data preparation. Robust SQL and Python skills for data engineering, analysis, and basic machine learning workflows. Ability to work end-to-endfrom requirements gathering to deployment and support. Nice To Have Experience in the insurance industry or other regulated environments.
