Job Title LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST Location Noida Open Position 1 Job Description LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST Job Title: LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST Experience required: 8-12 Years Location: Noida Roles & Responsibilities: Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams. Requirements Discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives Define discovery approach, prepare workshop agendas, identify stakeholders, and conduct requirement gathering sessions. Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis. Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously Work independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Engineering/consulting experience with a successful track record. Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users. Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term).Skills Required: Strong analytical skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience on E-commerce Domain desirable. BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc. Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Strong experience with stakeholders' management.Type of candidate needed: Candidates having the following experience will be suitable: Development side + Business analyst/Presales + Project management Exposure.OR Presales or Business Analyst Experience with Engineering (BE/B Tech.) BackgroundOR QA with Technical Background + Business Analyst or Presales Experience Candidates from point #1 will be the ideal candidates.
